For Cafe IVY in Shiraz, I photographed the menu in the café's real environment rather than using a rigid studio setup. The aim was to preserve the atmosphere of an actual afternoon in the café and create visuals that felt natural, relaxed and welcoming.

Challenge

The images needed to feel polished while preserving authenticity. The drinks and dishes had to look visually attractive and vibrant without losing the sense that they were real items served in a real café setting.

Approach

I photographed the menu items on location, using the café environment as part of the visual storytelling. The focus was on achieving realistic colour, a soft atmosphere and an inviting mood while ensuring that each item looked true to what a customer would actually receive.

Outcome

The project produced a set of menu images that felt authentic, visually rich and well suited to the café's identity, helping the menu feel more approachable and appealing.
